VCA Timberlyne Animal Clinic was founded in 1987 by Dr. Wally Diehl in the Timberlyne Shopping Center. Four years later Timberlyne Professional Center, near the Timberlyne Shopping Center, was built to allow for the rapid growth of the practice. This state-of-the-art facility remains a place of healing for our patients and a comfortable and convenient location for our clients. The waiting area is designed to separate larger dogs from cats and smaller dogs. Diagnostic medical and surgical resources are the best available and include electronic medical records, digital radiology, therapeutic laser and a comprehensive laboratory. The facility, equipment and procedures have evolved over the years to stay abreast of the latest in veterinary medical advances. The veterinarians and staff are people who enjoy and are committed to providing the best care possible to their patients.

The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) is an organization serving veterinarians and members of their staffs who are engaged in the delivery of veterinary medical care to pets. In addition to providing educational programs and publications and various services to practices, the Association publishes Standards for veterinary practices. Those practices that choose to undergo periodic on-site evaluation by AAHA staff may become Accredited by the Association. Membership in AAHA and participation in the Accreditation Program is voluntary. The Standards and the Accreditation Program published by AAHA are widely accepted as representing those components of veterinary practice that represent high quality care. The Standards are periodically reviewed and updated to ensure that they remain consistent with evolving knowledge and technology. Membership in AAHA assures the pet owner that their veterinarian is committed to providing the best care possible.
