At VCA Metroplex Animal Hospital and Pet Lodge, our primary goal is to provide your pet with the highest quality pet care available. We look forward to welcoming you and your pets to our hospital. Everyone on our staff believes that the better we get to know your pets, the better we can provide the best possible health care for them. In fact, when you come in, you'll see exactly why our veterinarians are praised for their kind and thorough care. We'll give you and your pet all the time you need, and never rush through an exam. We'll also carefully track the course of your pet's care, which is so important to your pet's long-term health.

We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a doctor on staff at all times. As a progressive, full-service hospital, we offer all the services necessary to maintain and promote the health of your pet. Our hospital is dually accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) in both traditional and emergency and critical care. This certification means that we meet the AAHA requirements for safety, record-keeping, anesthesia, diagnostics, nursing care and housekeeping. Our facility is inspected regularly in order to maintain these high standards.

We offer 24-hour supervision of critical ill pets in a dedicated Intensive Care Unit. Our critical patients and emergencies are overseen by our boarded Emergency and Critical Care Specialist. We also offer state-of-the-art diagnostics including ultrasound, echocardiography, flexible video endoscopy, bronchoscopy and MRI's.

On staff, we also have a boarded surgeon who is available to perform most all orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries.

We also have climate-controlled cat and dog boarding, with 24-hour drop-off and pick-up. Our doggie day care is great place for your pooch to enjoy play and exercise with our caring staff and other dog friends when you can't be at home all day long.
