Welcome to the Bloom Animal Hospital (BAH) website.  Our motto is “Caring People Caring For Pets” and our goal is to provide your companion with tender loving care, professional skill, and state of the art facilities.  We offer complete veterinary care, including vaccinations, parasite control, dental care, laboratory tests, radiology, ultrasound, and surgery.  To furnish these services, the hospital features a sterile surgery room, radiology department, laboratory, pharmacy, treatment room, bathing area and kennels.

Allergy, Skin and Ear Clinic for Pets is a specialty hospital established to help animals with skin, ear or nail diseases. There are many skin diseases that affect dogs and cats, including allergies, ear disease, nail disease, hormonal imbalances, bacterial, fungal and parasitic diseases. These diseases may have many of the same clinical signs with only slight differences. As a dermatology specialty clinic, we are trained and equipped to detect these differences and pursue a logical diagnostic and treatment plan.
We pride ourselves in maintaining an educated staff that is highly trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of dermatology.

Because your pet’s health care is important to us, the American Animal Hospital Association certifies Bloom Animal Hospital.  There are 4 levels of certification and ours has been certified the highest level! What does this voluntary certification mean? It means that our facility has been thoroughly evaluated by a trained AAHA practice consultant who has determined that we comply with the AAHA veterinary care standards, including orderly medical records, complete diagnostic facilities, complete pharmacy, proper procedures for anesthesia, modern surgical facilities, emergency services, and an environment conducive to the health and well-being of your pet. Not only do we have state of the art equipment, but our professional and compassionate staff treats your pet like "one of the family".

We are proud that in 1984, we were the first AAHA hospital approved in Livonia.
