I have been the Office Manager at All About Pets for six years. Last year we signed up with Veterinarians.com referral service.

I had looked into other website/referral programs  previously and had been wary. With Veterinarians.com the price seemed affordable and the program itself highly valuable.   I decided to try it out since we would be the only Veterinarian Hospital that would be represented for our zip code. I have been astounded and very pleased with our results.

I have daily response from the traffic our site receives, as well as reports from the site itself. The site is easy to navigate and understand the data that is reported to me. The recorded phone calls are an effective training tool. It is incredible to see the number of people who place calls after seeing our website. I also have had many prospective clients that enjoy emailing us directly from the site. The contact form is streamlined and made simple for the client to be able to provide us with accurate information. I have at least 75% of prospective clients that email me bring their animals in for visits afterwards.

"Cost is always a concern to me and I do not have much extra marketing money around. I started doing some quick calculations and realized that it will not take many new clients to my hospital to see a good return on my investment. Unlike other pay listings, I do not pay for each new client.   It is a set fee for the year and the more new clients I get the better.
