Amber Young (veterinary technician) started her Veterinary career by enrolling in the Vet Tech program at Utah Career College in 2003. While attending School she started getting on the job training at the Humane Society of Utah and graduated from Utah career college in 2005 with an Associates degree in Veterinary Technology. She continued to work full time as a Veterinary Technician since graduating. In 2009 she passed her Veterinary Technician National Exam and received her Veterinary Technician Certification. In 2008 she started her own business pet sitting animals in their own homes called Vet Tech Petsitting LLC which enabled her to go part-time in 2011. She has one pitbull named "Krunch" and a cat named "Meezers". Her hobbies are camping, watching movies and spending time with her family and pets.Amber loves the Veterinary field and is very dedicated to educating the clients and others eager to learn.
