Dr. Morgan is no stranger to Irvine. A proud UCI alum, Dr. Morgan received his bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, a bachelors degree in Biomedical Science, and Masters in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Morgan spent nearly ten years in the high-tech industry as an electronics engineer. It wasn’t until a consulting project brought him into veterinary hospitals that he rediscovered his passion for medicine. “This is how medicine should be – helping those that cannot help themselves. Pets need someone to translate – owners need help understanding.” Dr. Morgan believes that his background as an engineer gives him the problem-solving skills required of a veterinarian and the fine motor skills required of surgeon. “My patients can’t tell me what’s wrong…it’s up to me to help their owners understand what their needs are.” Dr. Morgan is a member of the AVMA and CVMA. Dr. Morgan and his wife, Maria, have two little boys and poodle-terrier mix named Kingston.
