Dr. Gurbacki was born in Snyder and grew up in Amherst. For as long as he could remember, Dr. David had wanted to be a veterinarian. He attended Williamsville North High School and then went on to SUNY Geneseo where he earned his bachelor's degree in Biology. Dr. David then attended Cornell University, receiving his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. After graduation, Dr. David spent a year completing an internship in Carbondale, Colorado. He then accepted a position at Buffalo Small Animal Hospital. Dr. David resides in downtown Buffalo and enjoys running, hiking, biking, skiing and reading, as well as spending time with his dog Stanley, who can be a huge headache.
