I graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 and completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery in 1998. Having spent half of my career in emergency and critical care medicine, I am passionate about preventative care to help keep pets healthy. I focus on a team-approach that includes owners as well as staff and doctors to provide the best care for pets. I am a graduate of the NAVCI in abdominal ultrasound and my current interests include emergency and critical care, internal medicine, dermatology, and surgery. I am an avid enthusiast of kick-boxing and yoga and also enjoy the Tampa Bay sports teams, especially attending Lightning hockey games.
