If your pet has been admitted to the hospital for surgery or hospitalization, our Patient Care Providers and Tecnicians (RVT's) are who you speak with before you leave your pet. They will also talk with you at pick up as well and sometimes even during your pet's stay.  Michigan Road Animal Hospital at 96th Street's trained Patient Care Providers and Registered Veterinary Technicians assist our doctors to meet your pet's needs. This includes: drawing blood, giving injections and other medications, filling prescriptions, performing dental cleanings, prepping and monitoring surgical patients, setting IV catheters, etc. They are in charge of all of the patients who are checked into the hospital at any given time.
