I know it sounds cliche but I truly do love all aspects of my career.  However, my favorite aspect is working with amazing coworkers and clientele.  Anyone can care for the animals but it’s the coworkers and clientele that make my day worthwhile.  Being surrounded by wonderful people makes the day gratifying.  Don’t get me wrong, the absolute bonus is caring and snuggling with your cat, dog, guinea pig, rat, bird, lizard, etc.

At home, I have: ‘Tank’, aka ‘Tankzilla’, is the handsomest 13 year old Labrador mix I have ever loved; ‘Coal’, aka Pig-ranna, out 1 year old English black Labrador. Santa delivered this Lump of Coal on Christmas 2011. ‘Ponce’ is a 2 year old sweet and agile cattle dog mix.  He is our foster baby while his dad is away serving our country.  I enjoy giving back to the community through toy runs, helping with Project Surf Camp, and other volunteer projects throughout the year.  I only wish I could dedicate more time to volunteering as it is one of my passions.  I also love roller skating, hiking, cycling, snowboarding, surfing(or attempting to), jewelry making, baking, watching movies/documentaries and over all general personal growth and education. My goals are to continue to improve myself, explore new things and contribute to my community.
