I’ve had many pets in my life growing up on a ranch in Northern California.  We’ve had cats, dogs, cattle, chickens, pigs, a pet goat and a very old pony.  Currently my eldest dog is 16 year old Shar-Pei mix lives with my parents on the ranch.  At my home in San Diego my husband and I have a goofy and energetic 10 year old Chocolate Lab named Bailey, a snuggly 7 year old Doxie mix named Sophie and 4 tortoises. Besides puppy dogs and kittens, my favorite thing about work is helping the pets and owners when they need it the most.  Nursing a sick pet that is viewed as a member of the family back to health is very rewarding. My hobbies include hiking, traveling, yoga, and watching the 2012 Stanley Cup Champion LA Kings.
