Jennifer began her career at IWVC in 1999 in our Nursing Department, became our Nursing Supervisor and Inventory Manager, and in February 2013 assumed the position of Practice manager. 

Jenn graduated with honors from Delaware Valley College with a B.S. in Small Animal Science. She completed her Master’s Degree in Secondary Education with a concentration on Biology in 2003. She hopes to eventually teach science at the High School level.

As the Practice Manager, Jenn is responsible for seeing that everything runs smoothly, that patient care is always of the highest order and that our clients always feel welcomed and appreciated. She oversees both the Customer Service and Nursing Departments, ensuring that staffing is adequate for the case load and developing protocols for procedures.

Jenn is also our resident expert in the husbandry and grooming of small pet birds and parrots. 

When not busy with her duties at IWVC, Jenn likes to spend time at home with her husband, who is a Deputy Sheriff, their two children, Halle and Anthony, and their many pets, Sam (Umbrella Cockatoo), Hollywood and Cinco (African Grey Parrots), Peep (Parakeet) Quinn and Hope, (Domestic Shorthair cats) and Zeena (Belgian Malinois Shepherd). Jenn and her family enjoy camping and other outdoor activities. 

Jenn's favorite charity is the German Shepherd Rescue of Southeastern Pennsylvania, where she acquired Makai, her first German Shepherd.
