Anita has been involved with animals since a young age (her mom always fostered for rescue organizations). She graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology from Parkland Community College in 1993, and has worked in the Fox Valley area for twenty-plus years. She keeps learning by attending continuous education seminars yearly. Anita met Dr. Maloney at a clinic they both worked at in Geneva, and is enjoying the opportunity to work with her again.

Anita has a Domestic Shorthair cat named Adrian, a German Shorthair Pointer named Disco and a Chocolate Lab named Biscuit. In her free time, she enjoys biking, fishing, boating and gardening.
