Shari started her career as a veterinary technician in 1997 at a veterinary hospital in Chicago, where she is originally from. She worked there until 2003 when she moved to Warrenville, IL. In 2003, Shari started working at an animal hospital in Geneva, IL. During her time there, she met and worked with Dr. Jennifer Maloney. Shari says, “I have seen what a smart, passionate, and caring doctor she is. Dr. Maloney has taken great care of my pets. They are my own furry children.” Shari has been a Vet Tech since 1997 and cannot think of a better or more rewarding career. Since Shari was a little kid, she has always loved helping and caring for animals. As of February 2012, she became a part of the Cleveland Veterinary Clinic family. 

Shari is married to her childhood sweetheart, John. Shari has a dog named Cooper, a Shar Pei/Beagle mix. She also has 2 cats, Colin and Ginger. All of her pets get along great! She had many pets growing up and cannot imagine her life without them.
