Erin Nelson became a part of the Cleveland Veterinary Clinic nursing team in June of 2007. She remembers that her strong connection with animals began in early childhood. It is that connection or drive that compelled her to choose veterinary nursing as her vocation. Erin is intrigued by the process of diagnosing and treating pets. She especially enjoys forming long-term relationships with clients and their pets and finds client education very satisfying.

Erin shares her home with her husband, Barry and her new baby boy, Kellan. She has three brother cats, Wasabi, Tobiko and Mouse, that she rescued when they were only two days old and two French Bulldogs named Gimli and Penelope. When not at the clinic, Erin enjoys spending time with her animals and the people she cares about most. She also enjoys trying different ethnic foods and restaurants and knitting or crocheting gifts for friends and family.
