Dr. Siclair graduated from the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. She has worked in mixed animal practice in Elyria and returned to the area after working at the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in veterinary anesthesiology. She joined Crossroads in 2005.  Dr. "Sam" and her husband Mike have two daughters, Sophia and Amelia. Dr. Siclair has special interest in pain management, internal medicine, and ophthalmology. Her hobbies include quilting, horseback riding, kayaking and spending time with her family.
