Karen has been our Resort Manager since 1995. In that time, she has overseen many exciting changes with us, including our popular swimming pool and helping us to stay focused on the needs of the pets in our care. She has also made great customer service a priority. A St. Louis native, Karen has always loved pets. In fact, at one time she had 11 dogs! She devotes a lot of her free time to helping SPARE, a local pet rescue group.
