Dr. Carrie Bagshaw is a native of Santa Monica, California. She attended Marlborough School and Dartmouth College, staying on the East Coast until returning to Santa Monica in 2003. Dr. Bagshaw has been with VCA Santa Monica Dog and Cat Hospital since 2009, practicing General Medicine and Surgery. She graduated from Western University of Health Sciences with highest honors, founded the student chapter of the American College of Internal Medicine while there and garnered several academic awards. She has a particular interest in Dentistry and Preventative Care.

In her free time, Dr. Bagshaw enjoys hiking and camping with her daughters, surfing, horseback riding and travel. She is active in her kids’ Girl Scout troops, the Dartmouth Club of Los Angeles and local book club.
