Dr. Patricia Hart graduated from Colorado State University in 1989 and has practiced in Fairfield and Westchester counties for 20 years. She is the owner of Southport Veterinary Center and her special interests include internal medicine, oncology and animal welfare. Through the practice she also runs "The Dog Days" seminars with behaviorist Jody Rosengarten. These are educational seminars on various animal health and behavior topics. Dr. Hart manages a rotating animal art gallery on site at the hospital that features commissioned animal portraits in various styles and mediums. In her free time she is an avid skier, biker and is learning to treat "gentleman farmers" pets such as ducks and pygmy goats. Dr. Hart resides in Westport with her four mix breed rescued dogs, four cats, and three adorable Nigerian Dwarf goats.
