Dr. Montgerard is a North Carolina native, and grew up in Charlotte. She attended South Mecklenburg High School, and received her undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University. Dr. Montgerard obtained her veterinary degree from North Carolina State University. She also completed an internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at Auburn University. Prior to joining Fullwood Animal Hospital, she worked at Steele Creek Animal Hospital in Charlotte.  Since January 2013 she is the owner of Fullwood Animal Hospital.
