VETERINARY ASSISTANT

Stephanie is a certified as an EMT and licensed as an RN. She first became interested in veterinary medicine after adopting her Beagle, Ava. Ava has endured many trips to the veterinarian and lives with a chronic autoimmune illness. The many hours in animal hospitals and all the time spent learning how to best care for Ava has sparked Stephanie to shift her career from human to veterinary medicine. This fall, Stephanie started an online program to become a licensed veterinary technician (LVT). In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading, baking and of course, playing with Ava!
