Dr. Sobol has been in the veterinary business since high school. His veterinary skills and knowledge are rock solid. His pledge is to provide the highest quality care for his pet patients and unrivaled service for the human clients. He aims to deliver satisfaction to all who enter his hospital by practicing with a great level of professionalism, compassion and attentiveness.

Dr Sobol began his career in the veterinary field as a veterinary technician in 1988 at the North Shore Animal League. He worked at this large, no-kill animal shelter for 9 years. During that same period he also worked at the animal emergency center and several other hospitals. In 1998, Dr. Sobol decided the time was right to pursue his dream of attending veterinary school. His undergraduate work was done at North Carolina State University. Next for Dr. Sobol was Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine followed by clinical training at Texas A&M University School of Veterinary Medicine. He fondly remembers those years as some of the best of his life. “Nothing compares to training for a career you know you will love. Gaining knowledge from some of the greatest veterinary minds is invaluable. Being a veterinarian is such a rewarding job, I will never take for granted the blessing I have received.”

Dr. Sobol has been practicing veterinary medicine in Long Island, New York since 2003. In 2011, he and his family decided there was just one snowstorm too many and relocated to Florida. Dr. Sobol and his wife Michelle have 3 children; Isabella (4), and the twins Connor and Madeline (2). “Tex” is their 8 year old Labrador retriever; he spends his days greeting clients at the hospital and travels home with the doctor each night.
