I come from a family of veterinarians and quite literally grew up in an animal hospital environment. I graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, as did both my father and uncle. Caring for animals has always been a part of my life and leads me to understand that it is truly a privilege to be a practicing veterinarian! I take great pleasure in helping to encourage young people to pursue the profession in all of its many facets.

In addition I believe that the present day is a time filled with abundant opportunities for dedicated, thoughtful, and conscientious individuals interested in pursuing a career in veterinary medicines.
